Japan, Paris, Malaysia, Egypt, some of the places that I really want to visit, unfortunately i don't have the sufficient money to go to those places. All of it remain as a dream for now.
What is my favorite escapade? I haven't been into many places, so I really don't have any idea what my favorite escapade is, so a lot of thinking had took place, I've been wondering what amazing places I have been to, and I just realized " Does it really have to be an awesome place, so that it can be considered as your favorite escapade?". So instead of having a hard time choosing a place that is beautiful physically, I've chosen a favorite place of mine, It has an amazing view of the ocean and you can see the sunset clearly. The best part of it is, it is located here in Iligan City!
I've considered Centennial Park as one of my favorite escapade because I've created so many good memories in that place with my friends, classmates, and families. I've first discovered that place when we were having a picnic there with my family. The picnic was actually not planned, It was by coincidence that my parents were free, so they decided that we will have a family bonding at centennial park, so all of us dressed up for our trip and I in the other hand brought my sketch pad with me because I know for sure that I won't be doing anything. We rode our own car and before we get on our way to Centennial Park, we buy snacks first, What's a picnic with no food right? So we went to Jollibee and bought 1 bucket of chicken legs. The scent of the chicken made me hungry, so I told my dad to drive faster to centennial park so that we can already have our picnic, I really love picnic because we get to eat delicious foods aside from the bonding that we are going to have. It took around 30mins before we got there, so i got a little bit dizzy since I'm a person who's not fond with long trips my stomach just can't take it. As we arrive at Centennial Park, I felt relief because of the fresh air, the dizziness just wore off and I Immediately lay at the soft bushy grass, but my mom yelled at me for lying down there because It looks inappropriate so she told me to get the stuff from our car and help her prepare the picnic, "Yes mom" I replied and sulking. After I was done preparing I finally sat down with a bed sheet beneath and looked as the sun set, the view was breathtaking and I've felt so carefree. I grabbed my sketchpad and started to draw different landscapes. I'm not really good at drawing but it's a good way to past my time especially when I'm on a leisure. So many beautiful memories had happened on that day, I played with my little siblings, chit-chat with my family etc. It was something that can only happen rarely because my parents are really busy people. Since it was getting dark, we packed all our stuff and went home.
Centennial Park is a well known place here in Iligan City although a lot of people had been there I'd considered it as one of my favorite escapade because of the special memories.
